Gianni, the Founder, and CEO of HealthCare Management Solutions bring a wide array of skills, certifications, and education to every client. She has 20+ years of experience in health information and reimbursement management in hospitals and physician offices of all sizes (solo, group and academic) – always delivering up-to-date compliance programs, chart audits and educational services uniquely tailored to each client.

As a female, minority business owner in the healthcare industry, Gianni is familiar with hard work and overcoming obstacles. She applies her work ethic and dedication to success to find solutions for every client.

Gianni specializes in revenue and denials management, including physician coding, provider-based implementation, fee schedule analysis, chart review, and coding/billing education. As an expert in coding, reimbursement issues, and practice management, she works to access the operational efficiency opportunities.

• Northeast Georgia Physician Group Practice: Evaluate and manage chart audits, provided training on medical record documentation, created and managed a coding department, transitioned single specialty providers to the group, assisted in provider credentialing
• Mayo Clinic: Physician evaluation and management auditing, denials management, Anesthesia coding and billing, Oncology training and billing

Theresa Roman has over twenty years of experience in working within the medical and mental health fields. with expertise in many areas including practice administration, referral coordination, billing, collections, self-pay collections, denials management and vendor management.

Prior to joining us, Theresa served in various roles which include practice administrator and referral coordinator for various specialties, such as ENT, General Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery. She has since been involved in working in various activities such as clinical research trials for Pfizer and project management in treatment for adolescents struggling with dual diagnosis issues. Theresa ‘s wide-ranging professional experiences and work in health care executive leadership roles allows her to effectively guide HealthCare Management Solutions’ operations and development in Florida.

With more than 30 years in clinical, educational, and administrative positions, including speaking and consulting engagements with Availity LLC, Bayer Pharmaceutical, Amgen, Truven Health Analytics, Hologic, and other companies in the healthcare industry, Judi possess a deep understanding of business analysis, clinical and revenue cycle workflows as well as qualifications in project management and HIT consulting. Colleagues say Judi is a dedicated and superb leader with a particular depth of expertise in practice management combined with IT that is rare in the industry. Judi earned Fellowship Status in the American College of Medical Practice Executives in 2014 for my research on “Big Data: Revolutionizing Outcomes and the Healthcare Marketplace.”

Over the course of her career she has developed and established a wide-ranging network of strong personal and professional relationships as a crucial component of business success. She is highly skilled at collaboration and thrives on driving her passion for healthcare by mentoring others in the field, while continually championing a culture of open communication and partnership to promote the success of an organization and its people.
